1. The management does not accept responsibility for any typographical errors or human mistakes made participants while completing the registration form. It is imperative for participants to ensure completion of all required fields during registration.

2. Entrance to the event is contingent upon adherence to these stipulations. The organizers retain prerogative to refuse admission to any participant found not in conformity with the specified terms.

3. The organizers retain the authority to modify the event itinerary, activities, or any related aspects Participants will receive notifications regarding substantial alterations via official communication channels.

4. All participants, organizers, and attendees are expected to adhere to principles of mutual respect and courtesy. Any conduct involving harassment, discrimination, or the use of offensive language is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

5. Respect the privacy of fellow participants by refraining from capturing photographs or utilizing cameras, with the exception of authorized personnel designated by the management.

6. In the event of any conflict or dispute, participants are encouraged to promptly notify event volunteer for the necessary assistance and resolution.

7. Please adhere to the designated schedule for activities and sessions, ensuring punctuality upon arrival. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, kindly inform the organizers promptly in advance.

8. The Sangam enforces a strict policy against harassment, maintaining zero tolerance. Harassment encompasses a broad spectrum of behaviors, such as unwelcome actions, remarks, or physical interactions, and is not confined to these examples.

9. Attendees are kindly requested to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time for efficient registration processing and matching.
